Hayden Panettiere: First, I would make sure that you really love it because it makes you happy and not because you love what you think you might get from it. It is hard work, but if you set your mind to it you can do anything! Believe in yourself and surround yourself with people who support you. I would find an voice manager or an agency who can help to promote you and then it’s about how hard you work!
